Terms of Use

Educational service

FincluYou is a free educational tool. It teaches budgeting concepts, ranks spending priorities, and matches general program criteria. It is not a licensed financial advisor, accountant, credit counselor, or law firm, and nothing in the app is professional financial, tax, or legal advice.

No guarantee of eligibility or outcomes

Program matches (such as SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, LIHEAP, EITC, or ACA credits) are estimates based on the information you provide and published guidelines. Actual eligibility is decided by each program. We do not guarantee any outcome, savings amount, or financial result from following the guidance in the app.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the accuracy of the information you enter. The plan is only as good as the numbers you give it. Do not share your account with others.

Acceptable use

  • Enter truthful information about your own household.
  • Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
  • Do not use the app to provide financial advice to others commercially without permission.

Free service

FincluYou is currently free for all users. We may introduce optional paid features in the future, but household qualification, your pay-in-order plan, and assistance-program matching will remain free. If that ever changes, we will say so on this page.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it accurate and running, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FincluYou is not liable for decisions you make based on the app's educational content, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will update the date above and post the new version on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
