• Your household plan belongs to you. We store only what you type in.
• We never sell your data, and we never will.
• No bank connections. We never ask for or store bank credentials.
• You can delete your saved information at any time.

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password so you can sign in across devices. When you use the app, we store the household and money information you enter:

• Your five-question household profile (income, family size, dependents, disability status)
• Income and bill entries you track (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Your year goals and progress toward them
• Questions you ask the in-app advisor

If you use the app without an account, that information stays in your browser only and is never sent to us until you sign in.

We use your information to build your household qualification, generate your pay-in-order plan, match you with assistance programs, and power the advisor's explanations. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with advertisers or data brokers.

When you ask the advisor a question, we send the household context needed to answer it (your tier, income figures, and goals) to an AI model provider so it can explain your options. Questions are processed to answer you and are not used to advertise to you.

Your account and data are protected with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to stored data is restricted: only you can read your household information through your signed-in account.

You can edit or delete any entry, goal, or your whole household profile inside the app at any time. If you want your account and all associated data fully deleted, contact us and we will remove it.

FincluYou is intended for adults managing a household. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and post the new version on this page.
